Position: Clinical Nurse Specialist

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will deliver exceptional patient care to individuals experiencing advanced stages of chronic kidney disease, specifically End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for patients, fostering meaningful relationships with them and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ESRD.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Compliance with all relevant state and licensing regulations.
  • Prior experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is advantageous but not mandatory.
