Job Overview

Simon Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Provide consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Organize and execute targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.
Requirements
  • A degree in Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience, with a focus on roofing or a related industry.
  • Cold Calling/Prospecting experience and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of the local community and ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with the ability to conduct extensive research on the Internet.
  • Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possessing a business development mindset.
  • Strong organizational, active listening, and sales closing skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

  • Up to $15,000 in performance bonuses, with an average second-year representative earning up to $90,000 per year.
