Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Sooner Restaurant Management, LLC. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurant.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Provide regular reports to management on restaurant performance and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to address any areas of concern and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in restaurant management, including leadership, operations, and customer service.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
