Job Description

Role Summary:

This role involves leading an award-winning team while communicating effectively with customers to develop strategies and build the Clarins business, creating maximum impact of all at-counter animations and new product introductions.

  • Direct and empower counter staff to meet daily sales goals and review specific goals for focus products.
  • Communicate upcoming in-store events and promotions with all counter staff and maintain a daily communication log.
  • Motivate counter staff to promote our loyalty program and ensure all team members are achieving Club Clarins goals.

You Will:

Lead through empowerment and teach by example, motivate counter staff to meet daily sales goals, and communicate upcoming in-store events and promotions with all counter staff.

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent for the counter, assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of the counter team, and recognize performance issues in a timely manner.

Achieve overall retail sales and event goals and ensure all team members are achieving Club Clarins goals. Responsible for promoting our loyalty program.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience, as well as managerial experience. You should also have knowledge of, and ability to handle multiple projects, review and prepare event schedules, and meet critical deadlines.
