**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Sales Manager to lead our team and deliver excellence in customer service. As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing optical staff to achieve personal and store goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales and control expenses to achieve business objectives
* Ensure accountability for personal and store performance
* Execute effective operational and procedural processes
* Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

**Requirements**

* Licensed Optician as required by state of AZ
* Sales ability to connect with customers, uncover their needs, and recommend items based on their needs
* Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills
* Experience with POS, computer, and timekeeping systems, and Microsoft office
* Ability to work with diverse people and provide excellent customer service
* Self-motivation, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
* Reliability and punctuality in attendance to keep store hours and coverage in the store
* Flexibility for scheduling, and able to work weekends, select holidays, and special sales events
* Ability to meet the physical needs of the job and multi-task in a busy work environment
