Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in communicating with both internal and external clients regarding underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing strategies to effectively manage customer accounts. This position leverages a range of skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Physical Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
Candidates should have proven experience in customer service roles, with a preference for those with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a commercial auto call center. Possession of a P&C license or personal lines license is a plus.
