Job Description:

At HireTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for handling incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely responses to customer concerns. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will enable you to effectively manage high call volumes and provide solutions to complex customer issues.

Your duties will include:
  • Determining and scheduling orders according to urgency.
  • Contacting outside sales force and/or customers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on orders.
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email or fax.
  • Using phone to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining problem or reason for calling.
  • Assisting with placement of orders, cancelling orders, return requests and/or warranties issues.
  • Acting as company gatekeeper.
  • Suggesting solutions when a product is out of stock substitutions.
  • Attempting to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Informing customer of deals and promotions.
  • Selling products and services.
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes B2B.
  • Working with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Covering switchboard as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:
  • Computer aptitude and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience with SAP and/or the industrial motor control industry would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year.
