About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Surgical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Apex Ventures.

As a Surgical Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and organizing work processes in the surgical department
  • Monitoring and caring for ventilated patients, including proper positioning and supply of aseptic surgical clothing
  • Caring and preparing patients before and after surgery
  • Assisting during surgeries
  • Monitoring equipment
  • Preparing the post-operation unit
  • Disinfecting and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Documenting procedures
