We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer, Learning & Development to join our team at Atria Support Center. As a key member of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will play a critical role in driving business objectives through performance-based training and effective new hire onboarding programs.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate interactive instructor-led training sessions using proven classroom management techniques, creating a positive learning environment and setting clear expectations for participants.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to create and revise courses, ensuring compliance with Atria policies, business objectives, state and federal regulations, and other identified needs.
- Monitor program participants' progress, provide one-on-one coaching, and identify performance needs and learning gaps to determine curriculum development priorities and delivery solutions.
- Work closely with training logistics team to ensure training communications are clear and compliance expectations are met.
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Exceptional public speaking skills, with the ability to be inclusive, engaging, and high-energy.
- Adept in using technology and facilitation techniques to engage learners through virtual settings.
- Knowledge of learner-centric instructional design and learning technologies, as well as adult learning principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create a remote office environment conducive to live training delivery.
