Position: Fulfillment Associate

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Employment Type: Full-time Hourly

Compensation: $19 per hour

As a vital part of our Fulfillment team, you will play a key role in connecting families with local farmers by ensuring high-quality deliveries of grass-fed and pasture-raised meat. Collaborating with a team of four, you will operate in a socially distanced environment to prepare monthly delivery coolers filled with pre-packaged meat sourced from local farms.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking to embark on a career in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations. You will gain valuable experience in a warehouse setting and receive comprehensive training on operational procedures. With our rapid growth, there are ample opportunities for internal advancement for those interested.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a team-oriented packing line within a refrigerated environment (40-45°F) while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize an electronic pick sheet to accurately select pre-packaged meat products for assembly.
  • Carefully arrange items into reusable coolers to ensure safe transport.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail when addressing issues.
  • Engage in cross-training opportunities within your team and across departments to enhance your skills and career growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a team-based packing environment in a temperature-controlled setting.
  • Ability to follow electronic pick sheets for efficient packing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to assist with general warehouse upkeep.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in cashiering or bagging.
  • Prior experience in pick and pack operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse environments.
  • Experience in the food or agriculture sector.
  • Previous work in temperature-regulated facilities.
