Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our service line crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the crew's activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet client requirements and company policies
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures
  • Manage project-related vendors and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements and work in confined spaces as needed
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical examination

Requirements:

  • Environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience
  • Ability to travel overnight and be on-call for emergency response situations
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to pull a trailer via pick-up truck
  • Ability to interface with clients and management, and manage project-related documentation
  • Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, and confined space entry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
