We are seeking a highly skilled PBX Operator to join our team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for efficiently answering and routing incoming calls to the switchboard in the shortest time possible.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and route to other departments
- Monitor multiple alarm panels and code phone
- Place L.D. calls for physicians
- Page overhead for employees/page codes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
