Job Summary:

The PBX Operator plays a vital role in our organization by efficiently answering and routing incoming calls to the switchboard. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor multiple alarm panels and respond accordingly.
  • Place calls to physicians and other staff members as needed.
  • Page employees and code phones as required.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

No specific education or experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
