We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team at Christiana Hospital. About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Experience working in a critical care setting, preferably in MICU
