ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit team. As a MICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • BSN required; ADNs with commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire may be considered
  • At least one year of acute care experience, preferably in MICU
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred; must obtain within six months of hire
