We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team at ChristianaCare. As a MICU RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
About the Role- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- BSN required; ADNs with commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered
- At least one year of acute care experience; MICU experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred; must obtain within six months of hire
