Dental Care Specialist

Midtown Health Center Inc is seeking a skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to provide high-quality dental care services to our patients. As a Dental Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing dental hygiene services, including radiographs, dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Administer oral hygiene services within the scope of current Nebraska law and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, equipment, and materials necessary for effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
- Provide patient education, post-operative instruction, and other information regarding care to patients or callers as needed.
- Maintain clinic flow via room turn-around, sterilization, stocking, and cleaning.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient, safe, secure, orderly, and aseptic environment of care for all patients and employees.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited school required.
- Experience with digital x-rays and electronic dental records is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and ability to utilize own transportation for work purposes.
Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
