Equipment Operations Supervisor

InProduction is seeking an experienced Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our Inventory Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment repair and assembly processes. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising repair and assembly teams, providing training, and monitoring quality control. You will also be responsible for communicating with team members, coordinating activities with other departments, and conducting regular inspections to verify that repaired and assembled products meet quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teams of technicians, assemblers, and repair personnel.
- Provide training to ensure efficient execution of repair and assembly tasks.
- Monitor the entire repair and assembly process to prevent delays and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate with team members about production schedules, materials needed, and any changes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in construction/handyman type roles. Familiarity with specific company processes, procedures, and equipment is preferred. Additionally, you must possess excellent planning, organizational, and leadership abilities, as well as the ability to manage teams effectively.
