Behavior Specialist

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.

Job Summary:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other special needs. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team to deliver high-quality services that promote growth, development, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one behavioral services in home and community settings
• Collect and maintain accurate data and service notes
• Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide support and mentorship to individuals with Autism and their families

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of college credit or associate's degree preferred; RBT certification a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain negative TB test
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
