About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in labor and employment law to assess potential impacts on clients.



Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
2. Admission to the relevant Bar Association.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law, particularly in litigation.
4. Proven success in representing clients in employment litigation matters.
5. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
6. Exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
8. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
9. High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
