Job Overview
As a Wellness Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with our Health and Wellness Director (RN) to provide direct nursing care focused on enhancing the overall wellness of our residents. Additionally, you will supervise the daily activities of Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure quality care.

Work Schedule:
This position accommodates full-time (minimum of 30 hours per week), part-time hours, and Per-Diem shifts, including weekdays and alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents
  • Assist in the training and oversight of medication administration
  • Supervise care staff to ensure adherence to regulations and community standards
  • Maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents while upholding the company’s mission
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School and possession of a current LPN license
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital environments
  • Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and related dementias
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist residents
