About the Role

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Rumble's Bistro and Bar, our premier restaurant located at the base of the mountain at Lincoln Peak.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and liquor licensing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings.
  • Monitor and control labor and food costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
