About the Role

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Rumble's Bistro and Bar, our premier restaurant located at the base of the mountain at Lincoln Peak.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings.
  • Monitor and control labor and food costs to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2-year minimum experience in restaurant supervision or management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve guest complaints.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
