Position Overview
The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Client Relationship Management by overseeing a portfolio of clients in fund administration. This position involves liaising with clients and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing documentation. Key responsibilities include organizing client meetings, preparing financial summaries, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with government regulations and filings relevant to client operations
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings while managing contracts and necessary documentation
- Compile and analyze financial reports to support client relationship initiatives
- Assist in preparing for board meetings and provide comprehensive account management
- Engage with boards of trustees, professionals, and external vendors
- Draft and refine correspondence, reports, and other essential documents
- Address inquiries from various stakeholders and manage invoicing processes
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree in a relevant business discipline
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, professionalism, teamwork, high motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Other: Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, experience in client relationship management, and familiarity with CRM software
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
