About the Role -
The Head of Social and Experiential Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all social media and digital marketing efforts, as well as experiential marketing projects. This position calls for a strategic visionary with a solid background in both digital and experiential marketing to elevate brand visibility, connect with our target audience, and foster business growth. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with the Vice President of Sales and the Director of Brand Marketing.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing across various brands.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and goals.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
- Lead the development and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns, encompassing display, partnerships, influencer collaborations, content, and public relations.
- Work with external agencies to create engaging and innovative digital assets.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.
- Ensure website design and content are optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns that foster memorable brand interactions.
- Plan and oversee large-scale events, pop-ups, activations, and other experiential initiatives.
- Build partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to enrich experiential campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, public relations, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the production and logistics of experiential events, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Evaluate and report on the success of experiential campaigns, focusing on engagement, attendance, and overall brand impact.
- Innovate new methods to engage consumers through experiential marketing, utilizing emerging technologies and trends to gather data and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Lead the experiential team and budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Integrate brand, digital, and experiential efforts to create a unified marketing strategy.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, experiential marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading impactful digital marketing campaigns and experiential projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation software, and social media management tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for experiential events and activations.
