Key Responsibilities & Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist:
- · Conduct bi-weekly payroll reviews and adjust personnel policies as necessary
- Facilitate interviews for prospective staff in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate orientation sessions
- Assess annual performance evaluations as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory
- An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
