Key Responsibilities & Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist:

  • · Conduct bi-weekly payroll reviews and adjust personnel policies as necessary
  • Facilitate interviews for prospective staff in collaboration with the recruitment team
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate orientation sessions
  • Assess annual performance evaluations as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory
  • An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
