Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Functions: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and our veterinary team.
  • Outbound Calls: Make follow-up calls to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest and obtain products and services, including prescriptions, to meet clients' needs.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
  • Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Hospital Maintenance: Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.
