Estimator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within the Heavy Civil Construction industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and bidding projects, with a focus on achieving high profitability while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate projects with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, using Blue Beam to complete detailed and timely take-offs of plans and specifications.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve estimating skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating, with a focus on earthwork and underground utilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed estimates, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
