  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain high-quality relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Inventories and Risk: Implement controls to secure inventories, reduce risk exposure, and minimize security losses.
  • Lead and Develop Staff: Establish accountability, schedule, and develop staff to maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of employee engagement.
  • UpHold High Standards: Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity, and standards, both internally and externally, protecting the Brink's reputation by delivering high-quality programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Operations Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a cash or vault processing environment.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • DOT Requirements: Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
  • Age and Firearms Permit: Minimum 21 years of age and a valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
  • Guard Card and Lifting Ability: A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses and able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Operations and Claims Experience: 5+ years of operations and claims experience.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience in a cash handling environment in the secure logistics or banking industry.
  • Lean Process Improvement: Knowledge of lean/process improvement methodologies.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Knowledge of budgeting and planning experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience.
