Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at McGregor Foundation.

About the Role:

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a skilled and supportive environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Previous experience in skilled or long-term care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV certification and knowledge of PCC are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
