LPN Requirements
  • Unencumbered license as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum one year of documented clinical experience, preferably in private duty, home care assistance, or direct care at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • A licensed driver with a reliable and insured automobile.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on the mobility of the client.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations.
