Requirements:
  • Unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum one year of documented clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Licensed driver with a reliable and insured automobile.
