Program Director Job Description

Helio Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead and develop our Genesee Street Single Room Occupancy program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and providing supervision of program staff, ensuring the fiscal operation of the program, and implementing Quality Improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and provide supervision of program staff, including recruiting and selecting staff for employment, assuring continuing process improvement and staff development, and continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision.
  • Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of the program, including managing budgets and financial resources.
  • Implement Quality Improvement activities, including recommending program standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement, monitoring provision of services, evaluating program and identifying strengths/weaknesses, and managing problem resolution and implementation of supervisor-approved program modifications.
  • Participate in Management and Administrative committees as assigned, maintaining program records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems, and representing the agency to the community.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in the Human Services field required, or Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an appropriate program setting.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in an appropriate program setting.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in a related human service field strongly preferred.

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
