Job Title: Bilingual Behavior Technician

United Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Our team is committed to helping children and teens change behaviors and acquire new skills. You will work closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, collect data, and write session notes.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors
  • Collect data and write session notes
Requirements:
  • MUST have a negative TB test and clear criminal background
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Available Monday - Friday
  • 6 months of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
