Job Title: Bilingual Behavior Technician

United Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, in their home, school, and community.

Our team is committed to helping children and teens change behaviors and acquire new skills. You will be trained and provided with specific goals to work with the student/client. The pay is hourly, and ranges based on experience, education, and languages spoken.

We are currently looking to hire in and around the following cities: Santa Ana and surrounding cities. Our office locations are in Los Angeles and Riverside, while client/student locations are in Lake Forest.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors.
  • Collect data and write session notes.
Requirements:
  • MUST have a negative TB test and clear criminal background.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Available Monday - Friday.
  • 6 months of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet).
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish).
