Pet Care Team Lead

As a key member of the Banfield team, the Shift Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of pets, clients, and associates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities include maintaining the flow of patients, communicating with veterinarians and veterinary technicians, and adhering to hospital standards for cleanliness and organization.
