Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for conducting yearly close activities, reconciling various accounts, and managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Conduct yearly close activities, including month, quarter, and year-end closing, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile various accounts, such as financial statements, journal entries, bank accounts, balance sheets, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaids, and accrued liabilities, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses of sales, trends, revenue, and other financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Financial Systems Management: Manage and maintain financial systems, including ERP software platforms, to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a non-profit senior-level accounting position.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices, experience with a variety of ERP software platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Advanced), Word, and Outlook.
