  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in a full-cycle accounting role, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
