Position Overview
UKG is currently seeking a diligent and committed Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A to enhance our Sales Finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in a highly visible role, providing critical insights derived from comprehensive sales data, trend analysis, and quarterly reporting, while also contributing to the development of annual plans and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and deliver actionable insights regarding sales and booking performance, including budget comparisons and detailed revenue analysis.
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of sales reporting for weekly updates, monthly closes, and quarterly budget assessments.
- Act as a strategic partner for the Sales team in formulating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and conducting monthly variance analyses.
- Engage in discussions with key stakeholders across Finance and Sales to present findings and data.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for Sales Operations and Board Meetings.
- Develop new metrics and dashboards to enhance business performance and intelligence.

Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A modeling.
