We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Bonita Bay Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and efficient service to members and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room for events, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
- Perform side station duties, such as refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Work closely with the front and back of the house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Communicate effectively with members and guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and knowledge.
- 1+ year of experience working in a Club, Resort, or Hotel as a server.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with P.O.S systems.
- Positive and friendly personality.
- Flexibility with hours.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
