Role Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to visitors, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous assistance both in person and via phone. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of administrative responsibilities, including travel arrangements, record management, and clerical tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of processed documents and implement controls to ensure compliance and completion.
  • Assist with various office projects and initiatives.
  • Provide coverage during the absence of other administrative personnel.
  • Utilize diverse word processing software to create letters, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Manage established databases and generate reports based on collected data.
  • Oversee accounting filing systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • An associate degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this position is $22.00.
