Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR functions including personnel file management, benefits coordination, and compliance with personnel laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes, including job description creation and advertisement.
  • Conduct pre-screenings, manage the interview process, and prepare offer letters.
  • Ensure compliance with COBRA guidelines and manage related documentation.

  • Conduct and document exit interviews.
  • Manage unemployment claims and employment verification requests.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and employee contract tracking.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies in collaboration with management.
  • Address routine employee inquiries and consult with leadership to resolve issues.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA reporting and Workers' Compensation audits.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in human resources or administrative management is required.
  • Experience in a primary care or FQHC environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in benefits and compensation administration is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous.

  • Completion of pre-employment drug screening, TB test, required vaccinations, background check, and reference check.
