About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Coordinator in the Operating Room. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work with a leading health system in Denver.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in the Operating Room, with a strong preference for those who have scrubbed and circulated. They will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing surgical schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between staff members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
- Manage surgical schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- ADN degree required; BSN preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience; Ortho experience strongly preferred
- Certified CNOR a plus
