We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Home Health Care Specialist in the Bucks County/Northeast Philadelphia area.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Home Health Care Specialist and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and enjoy a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
  • Develop treatment plans based on evaluation results, physician's orders, and recommended goals
  • Educate patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living

A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA is required.
