Salary: This full-time position comes with an annual salary of $90,000, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent. Job Description: As a Quality Reviewer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Service Coordinators who conduct assessments using the interRAI-HC tool. Your expertise will ensure best practices are used in the administration of the tool, while also conducting quality reviews of assessments and service plans. Additionally, you will develop and implement performance improvement plans, monitor efficacy, and collaborate with supervisors, managers, trainers, and educators.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have experience in conducting functional assessments of older adults and adults living with disabilities, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), case management and service coordination, leadership, management, supervision, or consulting, and technical assistance and training. Subject matter expertise with the interRAI-HC tool is highly valued.
