Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Life - Activities Assistant (Therapeutic Recreational Assistant) to join our team at Consulate Health Care of Windsor.


The primary purpose of this role is to provide a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing activity programs that cater to diverse resident interests and abilities.
  • Collaborating with the Community Life Director to expand services and improve resident engagement.
  • Providing innovative and responsible healthcare through the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts.
  • Assisting with resident assessments, activities profiles, and scheduling events.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Some experience in providing recreation services to residents in a healthcare setting.
  • Current, unencumbered valid state driver's license.
  • Qualifications, compassion, and dedication to delivering exceptional care.
