We are seeking a seasoned business leader to serve as the Head of Risk Management US, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the optimal design and alignment of risk management functions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a risk management vision that delivers strategic thought and partnership across the enterprise.
- Participate in the development and oversight of various risk management vehicles, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Improve corporate resiliency and preparedness through business continuity and disaster readiness programs, as well as crisis management response plans.
- Collaborate with Global Risk Management to define and develop standards, processes, and policies for risk evaluation across the enterprise.
- Develop and present strategic objectives and deliverables to senior management, monitoring major and critical risk issues.
- Serve as the internal business partner, consultant, and subject matter expert for senior management and employees on risk-related matters.
- 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, with a strong financial background.
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10% globally and domestically.
