Technical Program Manager Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and actively managing the delivery of complex, cross-functional technical solutions. Your expertise will span multiple technical products, and you will be accountable for defining the program structure and creating a unified plan to deliver on program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive specific aspects of a larger program with medium complexity.
  • Make connections across teams to drive identification and management of inter-dependencies.
  • Define the program structure and create a unified plan to deliver on program objectives.
  • Drive clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, and remove impediments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
  • Four or more years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions.
  • Prior experience with website and mobile development.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC.
  • Working knowledge of project management/agile tooling.
  • Understanding of software development, testing, and implementation, as well as technical concepts.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, ask questions, and become an expert on certain concepts and topics.
  • Lead highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provide thought leadership.
  • Solve unique problems with broad impact on the business; require conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Impact the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services; work within general department policies and industry guidelines.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensus.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start: $90,930.00

Pay Range - End: $168,870.00

Hispanic Technology Executive Council pays on a geographic-specific salary structure, and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity, as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
