Key Responsibilities

  • Drive specific aspects of a larger program with complexity, making connections across teams to identify and manage inter-dependencies.
  • Define the program structure and craft a unified plan to deliver on program objectives, ensuring transparency on objectives, priorities, and measures.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, removing impediments to progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with 4 or more years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies or SDLC, including agile tooling and a solid understanding of software development, testing, and implementation.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and business leaders, managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, and become an expert on concepts and topics.

Compensation Range

Pay Range - Start: $90,930.00

Pay Range - End: $168,870.00

Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure, and placement in the salary range will be determined by factors including skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate, as well as the scope, complexity, and cost of labor in the market.
