Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

This full-time position involves providing non-emergency psychiatric medical services to CCAP clients. Responsibilities include on-site patient care, staff consultation, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and prescribe medications as necessary
  • Provide follow-up and stabilization services to ensure clients receive continuous care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
  • Current DEA and MCSR licenses, DEA Waiver for Medication Assisted Treatment, CPR/BLS certification
  • Active or soon eligible nurse practitioner unrestricted license in Rhode Island
  • At least one year of experience working in a community health center setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
